4.5 hoh99 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close any existing Account without prior notice where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5.1 All transactions on the hoh99 Platform are denominated in MYR. The minimum deposit is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by hoh99 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, Bonus Funds carry a default Wagering Requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
6.3 Players may only participate in each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
6.4 hoh99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. hoh99 also reserves the right to reclaim bonus credits from any Player's Account where the terms of the promotion have been breached.
6.5 Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash, or used to meet any withdrawal threshold prior to satisfying applicable Wagering Requirements.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights in hoh99's intellectual property are granted.

11.1 The hoh99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hoh99 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from system downtime.
11.3 hoh99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit hoh99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting hoh99 customer support via email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigations.
12.2 hoh99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or illegal activity.
12.3 Upon termination, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited.
